ESNW friend Susanna Gilbert, her husband, Tim, and daughter, Antonia, lived and worked at Teatown Lake Reservation's Cliffdale Farm for nine years. She once gave a talk about eggs at ESNW, based on the Egg to Chick school program she ran every spring at the farm. After moving to Rhinebeck five years ago, Susanna started studying ecological gardening. She has taken many hours of courses on ecological gardening, winning local notoriety and many accolades for her work.
