Philip Rosenbloom is the Assistant Director of Payment Operations at the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany. He is currently working towards a master's degree at the Draper Program for Social Thought and Humanities at New York University. Philip has a B.A. from Oberlin College, where he majored in sociology.
